<p><strong>Presupusele cauze ale apariției colicilor:</strong><br />

<p><strong>Ce poți face ?</strong><br />
<a href="http://www.farmaciata.ro/SitFiles/articol_no_ph.php?id=176">1.</a> atenție la alimentația mamei. Evită:</p>
<ul>
<li>alimentele care baloneaza: fasole, varza, conopida, broccoli, ceapa, oua, ridichi;</li>
<li>alimentele condimentate;</li>
<li> citricele, ciocolata, tomatele, cafeina (cafea, ceai) si fructele de mare;</li>
<li> dupa 3-4 luni, mama poate sa inceapa sa varieze alimentatia adaugand si alte alimente, urmarind reactia copilului.</li>

6. înlocuiește laptele de vacă cu laptele de soia în alimentația mamei<br />

<a href="http://www.nou-nascuti.ro/articol_print.html?id=188">8.</a> punerea unei sticle calde pe abdomenul sugarului (nu trebuie sa fie fierbinte)<br />
<a href="http://www.nou-nascuti.ro/articol_print.html?id=188">9.</a> de evitat hrănirea rapidă a sugarului</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://www.nou-nascuti.ro/articol_print.html?id=188">Consultati</a> medicul pediatru daca:</strong></p>

<li>copilul are febra</li>
<li>plansul copilului devine din ce in ce mai agitat</li>
<li>copilul nu mai creste in greutate</li>
<li>copilul nu mai mananca</li>

<p>- <strong>Alimente interzise in timpul alaptarii pentru ca pot produce  diverse probleme copilasilor sunt cele care contin aditivi alimentari si  coloranti si alimentele care produc gaze (exemple de alimente care  produc gaze: broccoli, varza sau fasole). Alimente interzise sunt si  citricele, ceapa si usturoiul, ciocolata si tot ce contine cacao,  porumbul, fructele de mare, plantele aromatice precum si unele  condimente precum piperul sau curry.</strong></p>
<p>- Lapte de vaca in dieta mamei care alapteaza poate determina colici pentru unii copii.</p>
